An unexpected oasis, friendly staff, Royal suite upgrade, luxurious amenities, beautiful grounds, multiple pools.

During my recent visit to this luxurious 4-star hotel, I was pleasantly surprised by the level of comfort and quality services provided. The location of this place was absolutely stunning, surrounded by beautifully maintained tropical gardens and offering peaceful tranquility. The hotel's grounds were well-kept and provided lovely seating areas, perfect for relaxing in the evenings. Additionally, the pool area was a true oasis, offering a serene environment to unwind and soak up the sun. The staff here were incredibly attentive and friendly, ensuring that my stay was enjoyable and stress-free.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The clean rooms and hotel facilities, such as the beautiful tropical gardens and animal park, were absolutely amazing. Additionally, the breakfast served was delicious, and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. I also appreciated the easy transportation and convenient location of this hotel.

The hotel's Wi-Fi was not up to par, and we often experienced connectivity issues in our room and by the pool. the hotel's advertised activities were limited with little variety, making it difficult to find something for everyone.

The animals were a great attraction and provided entertainment for everyone. The green space was beautifully maintained, and you could feel at peace in the serene gardens. the location was perfect for a quick transfer from the airport and allowed for easy access to the city.

On the negative side, the service was slow and waiting for breakfast was a little tedious. The pillows were of poor quality and not very comfortable.

Our stay at this hotel was a unique experience. The location was stunning with well-kept grounds and beautiful pools. The room we stayed in was immaculate and spacious with comfortable bedding. The service we received from the reception staff was outstanding. The breakfast provided was delicious with an excellent variety of food to choose from. The facilities such as the spa and animal park added to our delightful stay.

The hotel's WiFi connection was unreliable in certain areas of the hotel which prevented us from staying connected during our stay.
